Heather said: Yes tomatoes are fruits. Anything with a seed is a fruit. And rhubarb is a vegetable. As for sodium there are many different blends of V-8 for all your salt issues. There's "no salt" which tastes pretty bad. I use the one that has 460. It's just enough salt. Read the labels. V-8 is a cold glass of heaven. |

Duh! Everyone know that V8 is essentially tomato Juice! I mean look at the pictures on the bottle. A tomato is right in the middle, and the stuff is bright red! I mean, its pretty obvious what the main ingredient is.
