Morningstar Farms Corn Dogs
One corn dog has 150 calories, 4 grams fat, but only 0.5 grams saturated fat, 500 mg sodium (21% of the daily value), 3 grams of fiber, 4 grams sugar and 7 grams protein. The nutrition is not bad at all. I think this would make a great side meal in addition to dinner, instead of chips or fries or some other artery clogging food. And they use wheat flour, instead of bleached, enriched flour. Definitely kudos to Morningstar for trying to improve nutrition. For those strict vegans out there, there are egg white solids and nonfat dry milk in this. Comments

Right now I'm trying the Morningstar Farms Chik'n Nuggets. They're decent, but better than I though for a veggie product.
