Lucky Charms Cereal
Before I rushed out and got my own though, I checked out the nutrition. First things first - the sugar! Cereals can have a lot of sugar in them - yes parents, it's a conspiracy to make your kids hyperactive - just kidding - not really. But this only had 13 grams per 1 cup serving. That's not bad at all. It's about half as much as you find in most fruit juices. There are also 120 calories, no fat, low sodium and 10 - 25% of many, many vitamins and minerals. And, just in case you haven't heard the buzz yet, all General Mills cereals are now made with whole grains. Taste:

Lucky Charms is a pretty great option at only 2 Weight Watcher points. I like to mix it with All-Bran for a total of 4 points. I call the combo "the sacred and the profane."
