Ice Breakers Sours Sugar-free Mints
These mints are so flavorful, it's unbelievable. They are both sour and sweet at the same time. I like sour mints, and you will have to also, if you are going to enjoy these. It's definitely a welcome change from the traditional peppermint flavored mints. No calories, fat, sugar or anything really, it's definitely worth a try. ›› Rating

Cole said: ..my friends and I are all totally addicted...but we've discovered that if you eat like an entire container it creates a laxitive effect. There's a new flavor out though! It's the tropical one in an orange container...sugar-free of course, but it says they have calories. (2 per mint) This makes me think they could've made a mistake on their other two flavors (the green and the purple). Could they all have calories afterall?

Ashie said: Thus there are about 100 calories per entire container. 50ish mints are a lot. No biggie.

WeezaBee said: They are so unbelievably delicious, but the high levels of fake sugar (Splenda or whatever) can give you some really painful gas if you eat too many at once. I once was starving somewhere where there was no food and I ate a whole box of them. About an hour later I was doubled over in pain... if I hadn't known what was causing the pain, I seriously would have thought I was dying and insisted on being taken to the ER. So I guess just eat a few, or be prepared for the result.

chewy said: every kind of mint and gum out there has calories even if they're sugar-free. icebreaker sours gum have 3 calories/piece vs. 4.5 for sugared gum. If one kind of mint says 2/piece, then I will guarantee you all kinds have 2/piece. Thats nothing to worry about unless you plan on eating the whole container or maybe many on a consistent basis.

Anonymous said: Yeah, I know someone who gets bad gas and diarhea from them. I'm sure it's the splenda, as I've heard similar reports from people who have cosumed other Splenda products. |

I like them but I get a weird reaction when I eat them, depending on the location of where I suck the mint in my mouth it will literally eat away my flesh, like if I suck on it mainly on my tongue it will feel like I burned it on hot food and if I move it around my flech on the inside of my cheeks become loose like I had been chewing my them, it's not as bad as it sounds I don't bleed or anything it's just annoying really... anyways they are good =)
