Dole Fruit Parfait
Nutritionally, each bowl has 120 calories, only 2 grams of fat, 10 mg sodium, but there are 21 grams of sugars. The sugars aren't only in the fruit either, they added sugar and glucose syrup, probably in making the gel. You also get 45% of the recommended daily value of vitamin C. I really love this as a snack. The cost was $1.82 for a pack of 4 4 ounce bowls (half a cup). I know I will be buying these again. Comments

tanya said: It's in the canned fruits aisle - close to the fruit bowls and such. It seems like a really new product - not even on their website yet. And I bought it in WalMart. I hope you see this - couldn't find your email address on your site.
