Dole Fruit Parfait

Dole Fruit Parfait is a fruit bowl, with 'cream' on the bottom. The flavor I tried was "Pineapple and Creme' and it is absolutely delicious. * 5 stars * The cream tastes like a light vanilla yogurt, and the fruit tastes just like ... pineapples, since that's what I had. The fruit is in a light gel to keep it all together but separate from the creme on the bottom. This is a great snack for kids and grown ups alike.
Nutritionally, each bowl has 120 calories, only 2 grams of fat, 10 mg sodium, but there are 21 grams of sugars. The sugars aren't only in the fruit either, they added sugar and glucose syrup, probably in making the gel. You also get 45% of the recommended daily value of vitamin C. I really love this as a snack. The cost was $1.82 for a pack of 4 4 ounce bowls (half a cup). I know I will be buying these again.

It's in the canned fruits aisle - close to the fruit bowls and such. It seems like a really new product - not even on their website yet. And I bought it in WalMart.

I'm not sure where you bought it but I cant seem to find these for less than $3.00 on sale with a coupon.
