Yoplait Healthy Heart Yogurt
This yogurt may be low in fat, with only 1.5 grams of total fat and 0.5 grams saturated fat, but there are 180 calories and a whopping 27 grams of sugar in the 6 ounce container. While plant stanols may be good for the heart, too much sugar is not good for the body. Overall I think it tastes great but there is just too much sugar. The label says you have to eat at least 0.8 g of plant stanols per day to perhaps get some heart help. That's two containers of yogurt daily with a total of 54 grams of sugar per day - just from the yogurt! Comments
