Del Monte Lite Chunky Mixed Fruit
The nutrition label informs us that one serving (1/2 cup) provides 60 calories. But there are about 3.5 servings per can, if you buy the 15 oz can like I did, which means that you will get 210 calories. In addition, there is no fat, only 10 mg of sodium, and 14 g sugar. The sugar content may seem a bit on the high side, considering that from the 3.5 servings in the can, there would be 63 g of sugar. But, although they do add sugar, there is also sugar in the fruit. Give me that sugar in the fruit rather than Splenda, aspartame, etc. anyday! I tried not to eat the contents of the entire can in one sitting, but it was too hard, but I made it a meal replacement - I had it for breakfast! I really like this product (and I really like Del Monte products overall too - but that's another review). I for one will definitely be buying more of this, especially during the winter when fresh fruit prices soar. Taste:

I agree! I love chunky lite fruits. It's one of my favorite snacks to eat during my breaks at work. They sell a medium-sized can of Del Monte Chunky Lite in our vending machines. I eat the whole thing. Yummy! I love fruit! I try to find the canned fruits that are packed in their own juice, when at all possible though.
