Somebody asked me recently about the differences in all these '0' calorie coke products out these days. Apart from the difference in taste, there is a difference in sweeteners. Diet Coke is sweetened with aspartame, Diet Coke with Splenda of course has Splenda in it, and Coca-Cola Zero is sweetened with aspartame and acesulfame K. The Coca-Cola Zero tastes much better than the Diet Coke, which was really horrendous in my opinion. This tastes much closer to the real Coke, and now does what Pepsi did all those years ago with it's Diet Pepsi. There is a very slight salty aftertaste if you drink this on an empty stomach like I did, but it's really not that bad.
Overall, what more is there to say about a diet cola. Tastes similar to the original, is cheap, as is most cola, and no calories, but of course, no nutritional value either.
