But let's examine the nutrition label. One 1/2 cup serving provides 110 calories, 2.5 g total fat, no saturated fat, 15 g sugar, 3 g protein, 2% vitamin C, and 4% iron. Nutritionally - not bad - but nothing spectular enough to overcome the taste! I say if you're going to eat 'ice cream' then unless someone emails me and let's me know otherwise, there has to be some milk in it, even if it's skim milk like in Breyers 98% fat free icecream which is delish! (read the review). Sorry vegans, but looks like you may just be out of luck finding a suitable alternative. Taste:

Tofutti is the non-ice cream frozen dessert of choice for me. I'm dairy allergic, so I don't have a choice of ice cream or not. But to me, the Tofutti Vanilla is the best.
