Dannon Light 'n Fit Yogurt with Fiber
Light 'n fit with fiber only has 70 calories per 4 ounce serving (the small size that comes in the 6 pack), 0 g fat, 8 g sugar and 3 g fiber. Although the flavor is not the best, I think it's worth it to get the good nutrition. (For the 6 ounce serving size, there would be 105 calories, 12 grams of sugar and 4.5 grams of fiber). Vegetarians should note that this product contains gelatin (which is derived from animals). Comments

Gabrielle Jacobs said: I absolutely hate yogurt, but I know what you mean about the fiber. Fiber is one of the most important components of a person's diet, and yet most people don't even come close to taking in the amount that they need. Fiber is especially good if you are trying to lose weight. If you are trying to lose weight, a good way to do it, is to concentrate on adding a lot of fiber to your diet to cancel out the amount of carbohydrates you take in. |
