Weight Watchers SmartOnes New York Style Cheesecake

Weight Watchers New York Style Cheesecake looks like a cross between a swiss roll and a cheesecake. To 'make this' there were simple, easy to follow directions, which amounted to - put it in the microwave, nuke it for a few seconds, let it cool down a bit and dig in. This was actually very tasty, just like a decadent full fat cheesecake is supposed to taste. It's actually hard to believe this is supposed to be for people on a diet because it tasted rich, sweet and decadent.

While I can't say that this is the healthiest product in the world - no nutrients here - if you eat properly all day, and you feel for something sweet, then this is a good way to go. Each piece of cheesecake has 150 calories, 5 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat (both of which are 10% of the recommended daily amount), and 21 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 18 grams of sugar (3 Weight Watchers Points).
