Weight Watchers Four Cheese Pizza
Lets face it - pizza is not, and never will be low in calories. Weight Watchers tried with this pizza, to bring decent taste and nutrition in an adequately sized pizza. They succeeded in being average on all fronts. In terms of taste, it was 'okay.' This pizza is the typical store bought pizza - not really good. It seems like with a reduction in calories came a reduction in taste.
The entire box is one serving, which provides 390 calories, 10 grams of fat and 4 grams of saturated fat (15% and 19% of the recommended daily amount), a whopping 35% of the RDA for sodium (830 mg), 19 grams of protein, 4 grams of fiber and 5 grams of sugars. That's not bad for an entire pizza that's about 8 inches in diameter (about half the size of Pizza Hut/Dominoes etc...), and let's not forget - pizza is not really 'healthy' food.
Overall, I would say it's worth $2.00, but if you're craving great tasting pizza, you might want to try South Beach Diet Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Harvest Wheat Crust Pizza instead.
