Seneca Apple Chips
Nutritionally, this product boldly states on the bag '30% less fat than potato chips, which is certainly true. They have 7g of total fat (0.5 g saturated fat), while Lays Potato Chips has 10 g (3 g saturated fat), but Baked Lays only has 1.5 g total fat. Other than the fat content, this product is really no different from any other chip nutritionally. I can't really say it's good for you because it still has too much fat, no vitamins or anything that's good for you plus it has 11 g of sugar per serving due to them adding corn syrup. And, if you ask me, they went a little overboard with this, because these chips are just too damn sweet. Comments
