Orville Redenbacher's Movie Theater Butter Popcorn Light
I thought these might be a healthy snack, but boy was I wrong! Okay, so there isn't a lot of fat in this, only 2.5 g and no saturated fat and there is 5 g of dietary fiber, but there is a whopping 120 calories per serving. While this might not sound like much, consider that one bag is 2.5 servings. That means that 1 bag of popcorn has 300 calories. I don't know about you, but I generally eat the entire bag and I know for sure that I don't eat less than half of it, even if I'm sharing.
The taste is also not great. Not only does it taste like there is no butter, but it doesn't have enough salt to suit my tastes, but I will admit that I like things salty. So 300 calories for something that doesn't taste like it should - no thanks. If you eat popcorn, then just know that this is not going to be a nutritious snack.

I think movie theatre butter is the best kind of popcorn and all the mager supermarkets in the west end of glasgow don't sell it anymore! :( They should start selling it again because all my frends and cousins love it too!
