This week it is all about Ice cream, after all
July is National Ice cream Month. Check out all our
Reviews of Ice cream of the low fat variety of course.
Try a flavor you haven't tried before.
Nutritionally, this is excellent. Not much sodium, only 130 calories and 11 g of protein. You can also get 3 g of dietary fiber from this. Nothing to complain about here. The price was a little under $3.00 for a pack of 4, much more pricey than beef patties, but given the wonderful taste and nutrition of this product, I think it's a good buy. Taste:

Laurie said: These are one of my favorite meals! I often have one with a piece of reduced fat cheese fat cheese melted on top for breakfast. I have a side of bell pepper slices with hummus and I'm full for hours! I used to make these in my office in the morning and, guaranteed, at least one person would show up each time to ask, "Did someone order pizza?" ;) They are as good as they smell!

Still, I try not to abuse my twentysomething metabolism too frequently, and these meatless treats are a great substitute for my cravings. I'm generally impressed by Morningstar Farms products, but this is easily my favorite. The burgers cook quickly (and quite nicely) in the microwave. The pizza-like smell and taste make you feel like you are secretly indulging in an unhealthy treat, while the nutritional information saves you from any residual guilt. These are wonderful at any meal time. The price point is much lower than my average lunch purchase, and I've sacrificed a few outings in favor of the TBPB.
