Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal with Strawberries

For those of you who don't know, I really love Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal. It is wonderful nutritionally, and it tastes pretty good! But when I tasted Honey Bunches of Oats with Strawberries, that was when I knew what cereal should really taste like. It is lightly sweetened, but the dried strawberries give it a delectable, slightly tangy and wonderful compliment to the taste and texture. All I can say is that this is so delicious, you absolutely must try it.

One serving of Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal with Strawberries is 3/4 cup, which has 120 calories (150 calories in 1 cup) and it is low in sugar too, with only 8 g, but the best thing about it is that you can get 45% of the daily requirement for iron from this baby. Cereal as a good source of iron? I'll take it please! Ther eis only 1.5 grams of total fat (2% of the RDA), no saturated fat, 2 grams of protein and 26 grams of total carbohydrate which includes 2 grams of fiber (8% of the RDA).

Oh, and the price is right too. At the time I purchased it, it was buy 1 get that or any other Post cereal free (under $3.00). It is also available in bulk (box of 4) on Amazon.com for $19.04 [link].

Just don't be fooled by serving sizes. Honey Bunches of Oats may have 120 calories, but that's only for 3/4 a cup of it. 1 cup is the preferred serving size.

I love it love it love it!! I think I bought it the first time because it was on sale.... After that I became quite addicted now I wait for it to go on sale and then I buy 10-20 boxes to stock up... I can eat a box per day if I'm really craving it..... like right now... I was surfing the web for cupouns ... I'm out of honey bunches!! with the real strawberries... I might just go and buy it for 4.50 at the supermarket if I can't find a cupuon!!
