Healthy Choice Chicken Enchiladas
Healthy Choice Chicken Enchiladas has a lot of sour cream sauce, a little bit of rice, and one awful tasting enchilada. This product had 600 mg of salt (25% of the recommended daily intake) but yet, the rice was very bland tasting. Be prepared to add even more salt, like I had to, to make it taste semi-decent. Where is the chicken and filling inside the enchilada? Oh wait - I see it now. It definitely does not look like what's pictured on the box. Instead of chicken and vegetables stuffed inside this enchilada, we get what looks like some type of shredded 'chicken'.
I was so disappointed with this meal that I didn't even finish the enchilada. Nutritionally, this product is just okay. There are 270 calories, 5 grams of total fat and 2 grams of saturated fat which is about 10% of the recommended daily amount, 25% of the RDA for sodium (600 mg), 20 grams of protein and 45 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 4 grams of sugar and 20% of the RDA for fiber (6 grams) - which is about the only good thing. The meal is 5 Weight Watchers points.
This has to be one of the worst Healthy Choice meals I have tried.
