I tried the CheeseUms flavor and it was pretty good. Pringles is not associated with being healthy and of course, it isn't nutritionally dense, meaning you won't find much of any vitamins or minerals. But if you have to snack on something, and you don't have any fruits or carrots handy, then this isn't a bad way to go. With 140 calories for 16 chips, 7 g total fat with 2 g coming from saturated fat and a low sodium content of 190 mg, which is 8% of our daily requirement, Pringles has improved its 'nutritional image.' If you only eat 10 chips at once, you will cut your snack calories to under 100. The price is also right at $1.00 when it's on sale. I think I'm gonna keep a pack around for those 'snacking emergencies.' Okay, who am I kidding, I'm a snack-a-holic and I'm adding this to my list of 'not nutritious but not bad' for you snacks. And I didn't miss the 0 g trans fat on the label - thanks Pringles! The only reason I'm not giving this a 5/5 is because it doesn't have any vitamins.
