Michelina's Lean Gourmet Salisbury Steak with Mashed Potatoes

I don't know what I was expecting when I read 'steak' in Michelina's Lean Gourmet Salisbury Steak with Mashed Potatoes, but this tasted more like a beef burger patty, and had that same consistency.

I think I expected something 'meaty' with a firmer texture. It didn't taste bad, just not like steak. The mashed potatoes were pretty good though. I don't think that I would spend between $2.50 - $3.00 for just a beef/steak patty and some mashed potatoes. Throw in some vegetables, some corn, something!

Unfortunately, I don't think this was particularly satisfying or tasty enough to warrant me ever purchasing it again.
