I don't know what I was expecting when I read 'steak' but this tasted more like a beef burger patty, and had that same consistency. I think I expected something 'meaty' with a firmer texture. It didn't taste bad, just not like steak. The mashed potatoes were pretty good though. I don't think that I would spend between $2.50 - $3.00 for just a beef/steak patty and some mashed potatoes. Throw in some vegetables, some corn, something! This product had only 210 calories, but 7 g of fat (3 g from saturated fat), and wasn't satisfying at all. I think I will pass on this one.
