I thought this might make a healthy snack, since it was only 100 calories, and 15 g from sugars. At first, I really wasn't really feeling the taste of this 'smoothie.' It's not a smoothie in the traditional sense, since it's not something you can drink and it has a yogurt type consistency, but it's not really yogurt either. After a few spoonfuls, the taste started to grow on me. It's not very sweet, but that's a good thing. I think this may be an acquired taste, but very easily acquired. If you're looking for a snack that's not too bad for you, I think this fits the bill. The price isn't bad either at $2.50 for 6.
