Weight Watchers Smart Ones Fiesta Chicken

Fiesta ChickenWeight Watchers Smart Ones says that their Fiesta Chicken is served in a spicy ranchero sauce with green chiles and Spanish rice. The description is much better than the actual taste of this meal. I guess by Fiesta Chicken, they mean chicken in tomato sauce, because that's exactly what this tastes like. While it was was edible, I can't classify it as good. There was adequate chicken and rice, but the heavy use of tomato sauce over powers any other flavors so although the chili peppers is mentioned in the ingredients list, they were too small to be visible to the naked eye and their taste was similarly diluted.

Nutritionally, this product was good, right at 250 calories, only 2 grams of total fat, 0.5 grams of saturated fat (both are 3% of the RDA), 19% of the RDA for sodium (460 mg), 11 grams of protein and 45 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 2 grams of fiber and 3 grams of sugar.

This cost a littler more than $2.00, but this is not one of the better frozen dinners. If you like a heavy tomato sauce flavor then you might like this, but since I don't, this was an unwelcome surprise.
