Snapple A Day Meal Replacement Beverage

Snapple a Day The taste was okay. It took a little getting used to, but after about 3 or 4 sips, it's pretty good. It has a bit of that characteristic soy taste. I loved the fact that it is so vitamin rich. The bottle is 11.5 fluid ounces and has 210 calories. Not bad. There is 100% of vitamin C, A and E - and most people don't normally get 100% of the daily requirements of vitamins A and E. There are also plenty of other vitamins and minerals making up this nutritious beverage. I loved the fact that you can also get 5 g of dietary fiber in one bottle. Recommendations for dietary fiber are 25 g a day, and again, most people fail when it comes to dietary fiber, unless you're a regular 'beans' eater.

I didn't like the fact that it had so much sugar - 36 g. It's the second item listed on the ingredients label, second only to water. That's the only thing preventing it from getting a 5 for nutrition. Overall, this product is like a liquid multi-vitamin and mineral in a bottle. I do believe I could replace breakfast with this product, or use it as a snack throughout the day. I could also replace lunch, but only if I were on a diet. Not a bad price either at $1.50 - especially considering you're actually supposed to replace a meal with this.
