Quaker Instant Oatmeal
I used to hate oatmeal as a child, and actually I'm still not that fond of it, but with only 150 - 160 calories per serving, and heart healthy oats, who can resist adding this to the breakfast arsenal. It is essential that we start off the day with a good breakfast, and Quaker Instant Oatmeal, with their variety of flavors, helps us do just that. My favorite is apples and cinnamon which has 130 calories, 2% of the RDA for total fat, 3 grams of protein and 27 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 12 grams of sugar and 11% of the RDA for fiber.
The thing I love most about instant oatmeal, is the ease of preparation and the portability. Quaker has many, many types of oatmeal and you'll probably be able to find a flavor that you like. Instant Oatmeal gets the thumbs up.
