Healthy Choice Mandarin Chicken

What exactly is Mandarin Chicken supposed to taste like? To me it tasted like a cross between sweet and sour chicken and hmmm... baked chicken. This was another RTE meal that was just okay. It wasn't bad, it wasn't great - it was 'okay.' With 250 calories and 3.5 g of fat, it does the job. There is plenty of rice, sauce, and chicken and 4 g of fiber too. Sodium is still a little high at 520 mg (22% RDA). On the box, it shows two little sprigs of broccoli, and that's exactly how much is in the box - 2 little pieces.
