The protein chunks that make up these ribs come off in hunks that feel like a wad of gristle in your mouth. The bbq sauce is really good, but I couldn't even get through one serving.

If you are a meat eater, I wouldn't recommend these as a substitute for regular ribs. While they are much healthier (less saturated fat and no cholesterol) than real ribs, they don't taste at all like the real deal. They don't have near enough sauce, but the sauce that is there, is sweet and tangy. If you do get these, make sure you have extra of your favorite BBQ sauce on hand to coat them with.
