Dannon Light 'n Fit Smoothie
Dannon Light 'n Fit Smoothie Mixed Berry is absolutely delicious! It was smooth and creamy and good! I bought the 4 pack which has 4 7 ounce bottles and I had some preconceived notions, about the size of the bottle - I didn't think it would be enough to satisfy me in the least because 7 ounces is a a little less than a cup (8 oz). Suprise: It was actually enough! For some reason, after drinking just 1 bottle, I was good - I felt satisfied and didn't need anymore.
One 7 ounce bottle of the Dannon Light 'n Fit Smoothie is a serving and has 60 calories, no fat, and 9 grams of total carbohydrates which includes 6 grams of sugars but no fibers. This sounds like it might even be acceptable for low carb dieters.
I actually prefer the Dannon Light 'n Fit Smoothie to the V8 Splash Smoothie [read the review]. The 4 pack Dannon Smoothie is available on Amazon.com for $3.99 [link] and I think it's definitely worth trying - I would buy this again.

These smoothies are soo good. I have one everyday for breakfast. They are especially great for on-the-go breakfast. Strawberry Banana is my favorite :)
My 33-year old son turned me onto these--they are awesome--a good way to get the Milk in if you aren't a milk drinker per-say. Nancy
Ted thinks it tastes like glue.
I used to love these things...but then I became a vegetarian and discovered that Dannon puts Gelatin in their Light n' Fit yogurt. A lot of others do too, so that's a warning to all you vegetarians out there who love yogurt. I recommend Fage Greek yogurt, becuase it is naturally thick, without having to add gelatin :)
These are really good. I have been including these in my mid-meals.
