V8 Vegetable Juice Review
There may be some people who like tomato juice, but I am definitely not one of them. I don't even like the heavy tomato paste taste of some pizzas. Tomato juice is essentially what V8 Vegetable Juice is. Tomato juice is the first thing listed on the ingredients label, tomato juice is the first thing you smell when you open the bottle, tomato juice is the first thing you taste, and tomato juice is the first thing you puke - just kidding! I won't say this tastes bad, because like I said before, there may be people out there who actually like this stuff, but if you are not a big fan of tomato tasting swill - stay clear.

But this is some healthy juice though. Only 50 calories per cup, no fat, 8 grams sugar, 2 grams of fiber, 2 grams of protein, 460 mg sodium, 680 mg potassium, 120% vitamin C, plus some other vitamins and minerals. I love the fact that V8 is making vegetable juices, but if I could make one request to them, it would be to come out with some different blends with other vegetables.
This has a low rating since I despise tomato juice - but if you're the opposite - give this a go because you will like it.
