TakeHome produce goes from local farms to homes within 2-4 days, among the fastest and freshest produce supply chain in the nation. Designed for those who do not have access to a Farmer's Market, or are simply too busy to shop for fresh produce, the TakeHome offers a convenient way to get regional, organic produce, while also supporting small regional farmers. Choose from three different varieties: fruit & veggie, fruit only and veggie only; and 2 different sizes priced at $32 regular / $24 small. All are packed in earth friendly, recycled cardboard crates and printed with soy-based inks.

Ordering is made simple at www.fruitguys.com, where customers can set up a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or one-time delivery; select variety and size; as well as see what produce is in season throughout the year.

The Fruit Guys sent me a box filled with delicious fruits & veggies, including apples, oranges, lettuce & mushrooms. I love the concept of trying to make it easier to get local produce to people.
