Quorn Naked Cutlets
The nightly dinner menu of my family usually has chicken, chicken, or ... chicken. With so much chicken around, I, the lone vegetarian of the family, sometimes get a craving for some poultry. For those times, dressing up tofu just doesn't cut it. Instead, I turn to Quorn Chik'n Naked Cutlets.
Quorn products are all meat and soy free. Instead they are made of mycoprotein, which is a fungus derivative. But they are supposed to be 1/3 less fat than chicken nuggets. Hmmm ... let me check out Mickey D's.
