Simple Quick & Easy Tossed Salad

This salad is something I make a big batch of so I can pair it with light lunches and soups. I always try to have some salad in the fridge so I can reach for it at those times when I know I shouldn't be eating ... but I want to anyway (like today when I went for too long without eating and started reaching for a bag of potato chips).
Ingredients
- Romaine Lettuce
- Tomato
- Cucumbers
- Grapes
- Cheese
- Chicken
The salad dressing I used was Wish Bone Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing. I also added left-over grilled chicken breast to a batch - I find the added protein keeps me full a little longer (grilled chicken breasts is something I also make in advance, just for the purpose of adding it to salads).
Directions: Toss all the ingredients together, in any amount you feel comfortable with. Watch the amount of cheese so as to not have too much fat content (think of it as an accent). This is really a mix of veggies that I always have on hand.
What vegetables are always in your refrigerator? I am never out of lettuce, tomatoes, spinach and cucumbers.
