After breaking open a sampler pack from Penny's Low Fat Desserts, and experiencing a heavenly treat known as Penny's Low Fat Desserts Almond Poppy Seed Muffin Tops, I reluctantly turned my attention to another flavor. This time, I had my eye on Penny's Low Fat Desserts Carrot Raisin Muffin Top. Lucky for me, this was equally as delicious.

This top is ultra dense, tasting somewhat of a gingerbread type base with a plethora of raisins and a pinch of carrot shreds thrown into the mix. The dense texture makes for a very moist mouth feel, which is delightfully complemented by the abundance of plump raisins. The muffin top is further enhanced by the thorough allspice and clove additions that take this treat over the top!
