Honestly, I have been highly interested in every entry you post. I hate to go to the store and get something and go - GAG! Just knowing someone's opinion is SO HELPFUL! my favorite healthy Thai infused recipe would be chili flakes, and DaVinci sugar free coconut syrup. Great as a marinade, in stir fry's, on tuna, chicken, veggies etc. As for the reviews, I really like that you are finally finding Walden Farm's products you like! I cannot live without them. The BBQ sauces I use daily as salad dressing. I freeze the marshmallow dip and mix it with Davinci syrups and make frozen desserts!

The jams are good on tuna,chicken, turkey or ham (apricot). In keeping with the Thai theme, my healthier variation is chili flakes and Davinci's coconut sugar free syrup. Great on stirfrys, as a marinade, salad, tuna, chicken, soup etc.

I just went to their website and boy do they have a nice variety. My uncle has celiac disease and when I saw they had gluten free products, I was excited. Wonder if he knows? I'm sure he does!

Thai Kitchen makes a slew of great products. It's a fantastic way to indulge my love of noodles without a calorie explosion.

Oooh, the KASHI cereals, meals, anything, really, sound so amazing here. I tried the southwest style chicken dinner you reviewed and WOW! It was AMAZING!!! I now love Kashi, eat their products, and everything by them I can get my hands on. Thai food is amazing, so a chance to win would be awesome!

I've seen the Thai Kitchen products in the store dozens of times, but haven't really paid much attention to them, and have never purchased one. After reading your review of the Thai Kitchen Noodle Cart Thai Peanut Instant Rice Noodles, I'm definitely going to check them out. I've bought Thai Kitchen noodle boxes for years. I have some serious tummy trouble and it's so nice to have ready-to-go rice noodles set when I am out of the house. Plus, they are extremely delicious!
