The start of a beautiful week and I've seen an improvement in my eating habits over the last 2 weeks, but I can do much better. Today my mission was not to snack it up too much today as I was home all day.

GymBreakfast. I went to the gym earlier than normal this morning, and didn't eat until I got back home. I had a small bowl of cereal, (3/4 cup) of Fiber One Caramel Clusters with Blue Diamond Vanilla Flavor Almond Milk (1/2 cup). Plus I also got me a big bowl of fruit with cantaloupes & strawberries.

Lunch. Didn't really have anything in mind, so I went with a Tuna sandwich - making the tuna the same as Saturday, with StarKist Albacore White Tuna (6 ounce pouch), Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil & Westbrae Natural No Salt Added Stone Ground Mustard, on Arnold Select Multigrain Sandwich Thins.

PM Snack. A lone, glorious Red Delicious Apple.

Dinner. We took a plate from the mother's day dinner yesterday from my boyfriend's mom. I ate it all up before I took a picture.

After Dinner Snack. Pop Weaver Light Butter Popcorn. I think I achieved my goal of not having a snack-fest today since I didn't leave the house all day. My to-do list was a mile long, but I managed to get through a few things.
* Tend to a sick kid & a 5 year old who only has half day of school.
* Laundry (ughhUghhh) - was totally backed up in the laundry room.
* Work on workout music playlists for IntheGym.net - today's playlist was Funky Town - I'm trying to get more creative with the names of the playlists.
* Preparing some Chemistry review materials for class - kids, stop emailing me - there is class this week!
* Editing food reviews for this week (it's a Vegetarian theme this week)
* Chatting on Twitter with the lovely MizFit and Angie from Fat Burning Tips for Women - ideas from these 2 ladies keep my workouts ... a killer challenging.

This might sound crazy, but I actually snacked more when I worked in an office. Snacks were what got me through the day (I hated my job). Now that I'm at home I don't worry about snacking too much, it's odd.

Mm, I don't eat tuna but that sandwich looks delicious. You know, you can achieve a very similar result using mushed up chickpeas instead of tuna? It's awesome!
