Like everyone else, I'm so psyched it's Friday. I decided to weigh myself today after working out at gym and the scale says I lost 3 more pounds (5 pounds total). Breakfast. Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal with bananas & apples and the usual sprinkling of cinnamon. ![]() The salad was made with lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, shredded cheese and strawberries, plus the Quorn cutlet, which I cut in strips. This really does taste like chicken - well seasoned & delicious. The salad dressing was Maple Grove Farms of Vermont Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette. This dressing was fantastic - but sadly it's finished. Any salad dressing recommendations? I also had 1/2 of a baked sweet potato since I'm rarely ever full from just a salad. PM Snack. Around 4:30 PM, I grabbed exactly 1 serving of Tostitos Tortilla Chips and Pace Picante Medium Sauce, plus 1 cup of strawberries which I munched on for the rest of the evening. I bought a HUGE pack of strawberries at the grocery store yesterday, and I'm the only one who seems to be eating them. Dinner. On the menu are more tacos like yesterday, but since I'm out of Quorn Naked Cutlets, I'll be using ground turkey instead. My after-dinner snack will be the usual: Pop Weaver Light Butter Popcorn and a glass (or 2) of Beringer California Chardonnay (2007). This is what I have to resist - the ice cream sandwiches the kids made.
Bloggy Giveaways.

Try Paul Newman's Lighten up dressing in the spray bottle..they are great! As for the kids, Weight Watchers has a new mine cone out with a chocolate cone! They'll be drooling!
