Today I'm finally feeling more like myself. I could finally sit at the computer long enough to put up the monthly Workout Music recap over at IntheGym.net. Breakfast. Cheerios Multigrain Cereal (1 cup) with Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond Milk (1/2 cup) and an orange - which I ate later as a snack. This box is almost finished, and I know I'm buying Kashi Honey Sunshine Cereal next because I have these coupons ($1.00 off each box + $1.50 off any 2 Kashi cereals) and Emily gave it 2 thumbs up
Lunch. I wasn't particularly hungry, so I had 1/2 can Starkist Albacore White Tuna, made with Kraft Reduced Fat Mayo with Olive Oil & Westbrae Natural No Salt Added Stone Ground Mustard plus a little black pepper & paprika (I season EVERYTHING with paprika). PM Snack. I went to the supermarket around 2 PM and when I came home, I made my FAVORITE SNACK, Tortilla Chips & Pace Picante Medium Sauce (Salsa). The brand of chips varies, today it was Tostitos (and not Tostitos MultiGrain Tortilla Chips - because as we mentioned in the review, the only thing different is the increase in calories), but one thing that doesn't change is the Pace. I also had a bottle of Snapple Noni Berry Juice Drink (20 calories per bottle). It was tasty - with a light flavor, but not trace of "juice." Oh - and I had a Dole Pineapple Fruit Parfait.
Dinner. Chick'n Tacos. And I don't mean "real chicken" I mean Quorn Naked Cutlets (read the review). Because I just threw it in the toaster oven, no seasoning or anything, it was a bit dry. But it was much tastier than it looks, and surprisingly very flavorful. I gave it to the picky little one and he COULD NOT believe it wasn't chicken (I didn't tell him before hand). I cut 2 cutlets (80 calories each) into strips and used them in my tacos. I only had hard taco shells, but this would definitely have been better had I made a wrap.
I went to see Star Trek after dinner - It was such a good movie - Trekkies will not be disappointed Bloggy Giveaways

I like the quorn cutlets. I cook them in my cast iron skillet and they turn out great. I don't recommend cooking them in the microwave, though.
