Fridays are the beginning of the weekend and also usually the beginning of the meltdown in my eating habits. Today started out well - even did a fun 3 mile run using this Treadmill Workout, but things went down hill in the evening. Breakfast: Fiber One cereal (1 cup) with Rice Dream Vanilla Hazelnut Rice Milk (1/2 cup) and 1 Valencia orange.
AM Snack. Jack Links Original Beef Jerky (28 grams) & Wise Onion & Garlic Potato Chips (1 serving). Uh-oh, gotta stop this snack attack , so I headed to the gym. Lunch: Healthy Choice Sweet Asian Pot Stickers and Fruit (strawberries (7) and half of a small orange). I can't believe I haven't reviewed these yet. I love it - but the name should be changed to Sweet & SPICY Asian Potstickers!
Dinner. Yikes! We had a friends family over, so we ordered pizza and I had already made wings for the boy-f. My dinner, 1 slice of plain cheese pizza, 6 wings, 2 glasses of wine and 1 servings of Wavy Lays Potato Chips. Sigh - it was pretty bad, but tomorrow is a new day and a new opportunity to be better. (Oh and the wine is Alice White Riesling 2008 (for $8.99) which I really liked. It's not as sweet as a lot of other Rieslings I've had and perfect for the occasional wine drinker like myself).
