People often criticize food companies for a number of evils, rightly or wrongly. But I was heartened to see that many of these companies are not trying to bury the information on whether or not they have products implicated in the massive peanut butter recall underway, and instead, this information can often be found on the FRONT of their website. A few examples: One company that we noticed DIDN'T have this information in a prominent place on their website was Trader Joe's - not even on their "Products" page. Trader Joes has issued recalls for snack bars and Trader Joe's sliced green apples with peanut butter.
The cutest response from a company NOT Involved is from Turtle Mountain, makers of So Delicious and Purely Decadent Ice Creams.
