We asked some of our favorite food bloggers to share with us their 5 Favorite Food Products of 2008 and we're bringing them to you all December long.
Sheila Viers from LiveWell360 is a health and wellness author who hails from Michigan. She has a passion for living an empowered life and enjoys sharing what she has learned along her own path toward wellness on her website, Live Well 360, where she teaches others how to take responsibility for the well-being of their own mind, body, and spirit. Sheila is regularly featured on Figure Athlete, wikiHow and Capessa and is recognized for not only her healthy and inspirational attitude, but also for her ability to take comfort-food recipes and turn them into diet friendly meals. Her 5 faves from 2008 are below (click the product name to read her review & recipes on her blog):
1) Naturally More Peanut Butter. I use it almost every day. I love the texture and it has flax seeds mixed in (Check out our review also).
2) Garlic Expressions Salad Dressing. Great "healthy" dressing, that has fantastic flavor and only natural ingredients.
3) Wisdom Stevia. My stevia of choice, I use it all the time in place of sugar.
4) Health Support Raw Organic Coconut Oil.
5) Nielsen Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla. I use it in most of my oatmeal recipes and all of my baking. LOVE IT.
Bonus 6) Larabar. Yes, I reviewed all the flavors I could get my hands on and my favorite is the Peanut Butter Cookie.
On her site, Sheila has listed more of her Favorite Food Finds, and check out her About page to learn more about her.
