Tanya said: @Fit Bottomed Girls - thank goodness my parents didn't deep fry cook when I was growing up. What we thought of as 'fried' is actually sauteeing. When I moved to the South and had fried pork chops for the 1st time was when I truly understood how good something so bad for you can taste. Needless to say I avoid it like how I avoid other addictive drugs. |

Not sure if I could ever justify owning a deep fryer, even if it is healthier. Fried foods are so rare for me to eat, that I'd rather do it while I'm at my fave restaurant!
